For this FreshMenu we use a particularly high proportion of chicken – from muscle meat, heart, stomach and liver. This provides a balanced amino acid profile for building muscle, organs and a stable metabolism.
Sweet potato and tapioca provide readily available energy, while zucchini and fennel support digestion. Apple and raspberry bring natural antioxidants, and salmon and hemp oil plus natural prebiotics complete the recipe tailored to puppies.

Is your dog currently getting dry food?
Then give your dog’s digestion a few days to get used to the fresh food. Simply mix the FreshMenu step by step into the usual food – after around 10 days the transition is complete.

Are your FreshMenus or the cooling packs slightly thawed when you unpack them? Is there a little condensation in the packaging? No cause for concern.
Our packaging is specially designed for chilled shipping and keeps your FreshMenus reliably cool during transport.
You don't have to freeze all the FreshMenus. Just put a few FreshMenus straight in the fridge. That way you always have a fresh meal on hand for the next few days.
Unopened, the FreshMenus keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Store all remaining FreshMenus at −18 °C in the freezer compartment or chest freezer.

Yes. It fully supplies your puppy with everything it needs each day – energy, essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. You don't need to supplement anything.
For puppies, a high-quality animal protein source is key. We use 67% chicken – muscle meat, heart, stomach and liver. This provides a balanced amino acid profile and important micronutrients for building muscle and organs.
You can start with FreshMenu Puppy after weaning (from around 6–8 weeks). It accompanies your dog through the entire growth phase. When to switch to an Adult FreshMenu depends on the breed: small breeds are usually fully grown at around 10–12 months, large breeds only at 15–24 months.
Yes. The feeding calculator is based on your puppy's expected adult weight and age – so you get the right daily amount for small and large breeds alike. With very large breeds, pay particular attention to steady, not overly fast growth.
Puppy Chicken is specifically tailored to growth and development: a higher meat and energy content, more calcium and vitamins, plus salmon oil for development. The Adult varieties are designed for the maintenance needs of fully grown dogs.

Yes. Coconut flour and other fibres serve as food for beneficial gut bacteria and support the development of a healthy, young gut microbiome.
Fennel provides fibre and mild essential oils and is particularly easy to digest. Herbs round off the recipe with natural plant compounds.
Yes. Puppy Chicken is grain- and sugar-free. The carbohydrate sources are tapioca and sweet potato – well tolerated and easy to digest. Completely without preservatives, colourings, flavourings or flavour enhancers.
Every FreshMenu is supplemented with vitamins, minerals and trace elements as needed – via our in-house PreMix. For puppy food, the right calcium-to-phosphorus ratio is especially important. We only add what is genuinely required.
No. As a complete food, FreshMenu Puppy Chicken fully covers the needs of a healthy, growing dog.
The amount depends on your puppy's expected adult weight and age. The feeding calculator on this page gives you the right daily amount for the 2–4 month and 5–9 month phases. As puppies grow quickly, you should adjust the amount regularly.
Give the digestion a few days and mix the FreshMenu into the usual food step by step: days 1–3 around 25%, days 4–6 about 50%, days 7–9 around 75%, and from day 10 onwards 100%. If your puppy already gets wet or fresh food, it can start straight away.
Yes. In the first few days, softer stools, mild flatulence or a changed stool odour can occur. It simply shows that digestion is adjusting to the fresh food – after about a week everything settles.
For the best tolerability we recommend the FreshMenu as a standalone meal. A clear separation of fresh or wet food and dry food makes digestion easier for the young digestive system.
During the puppy phase it's best to stick with Puppy Chicken, as it's specifically tailored to growth. Once your dog is fully grown, you can freely combine our Adult varieties – with sensitive dogs, ideally step by step.
Unopened: frozen at at least −18 °C, or up to 7 days in the fridge. Opened: up to 2 days in the fridge. FreshMenus you won't feed within the next 7 days are best frozen again.
Room temperature is ideal. It's gentle on the stomach, and aroma and flavour develop better. Please don't heat it in the microwave; a brief lukewarm water bath in the sealed pouch is enough.
Freezing is one of the gentlest methods of preservation. It keeps freshness and quality intact – completely without preservatives.
